JOB SUMMARY: Marriott International is entering a new chapter of growth and evolution. The VP, Global Omnichannel Marketing & Innovation will lead the development of a world-class, audience-led, fully integrated marketing engine that drives growth, efficiency, and customer lifetime value across five continents and 30+ brands. This leader oversees global paid and owned marketing, across media, loyalty, promo and lifecycle marketing, and direct marketing channels—email, SMS, and mobile app—ensuring the brand is maximizing opportunities and showing up cohesively and effectively across the entire customer journey. Sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy, media investment, digital business, audience intelligence, and marketing technology, this role strengthens omnichannel performance across the enterprise.
