STARK is seeking to hire an experienced Cut Table Supervisor for our Calhoun Georgia location. This role will be responsible for overseeing four cutting tables and assign/prioritize orders for cutting. Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! ** bonus details provided during the interview Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Management of cut table department - 6 Cut Tables across 2 buildings. - Responsible for identifying new and needed IT equipment and maintenance items. - Review orders and expectations with internal management and external sales force. - Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner. - Arrange daily workflow for rolls/buggies between buildings. - Write all departmental procedures and SOP’s. - Develop new and maintain all current departmental KPI’s. - Track orders to ensure on time shipments and delivery. - Manage workflow for the department such as putting orders to the floor based on date and shipping/fabrication needs along with Sample production. - Load IWMS queue and prioritize workflow for both buildings 197/200. - Print orders from IWMS that cannot be loaded to the queue. - Assist all operators with training needs. - Evaluate and c...
