Working/Functional Title Radiology Veterinary Technician: Position Summary: This position focuses on sedation, monitoring, and imaging of both small and large animal patients undergoing various diagnostic procedures, including radiography, ultrasound, CT, bone scan, and fluoroscopy. The successful candidate will work efficiently and collaboratively with radiographers and fellow LVTs to facilitate imaging exams. Responsibilities include drawing up and administering veterinarian-prescribed medications, patient monitoring during imaging, performing imaging procedures, assisting with proper patient positioning (often alongside veterinary students), and managing recovery and reversal. There will be ongoing opportunities for training in and exposure to advanced imaging modalities such as CT, bone scan, and fluoroscopy. This posting will fill 2 vacancies.
