Leads the supervision of an apparel manufacturing plant inside a prison and documents processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time. Responsible for staff and inmate worker development, inventory control, effective safety practices, and preventive maintenance. Serves as the plant liaison with both the institution and VCE administration. If hired by VCE you will start or restart a 12-month probationary period.
