Job description

The On-site Systems Administrator configures, manages, and maintains all system platforms. This role: Customizes and configures system modules, workflows, forms, fields, business rules, UI policies, and related components to align with organizational processes and requirements. Manages user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure appropriate levels of access to system functionality and data. Designs and implements workflows to automate processes, approvals, notifications, and task assignments using the Salesforce workflow engine. Integrates systems and applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools to ensure data consistency and efficient information exchange. Develops and manages custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insight into service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities. Manages platform data, including imports, exports, cleanup, and transformation activities, to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
