FIDELITY HOTEL is hiring for a ROOM ATTENDANT Fidelity Hotel is a Michelin Key-awarded adaptive reuse project located at 1940 E. 6th Street in the historic 103-year-old Baker Building. Fidelity Hotel has 97 guest rooms & suites, each with tailored amenities, custom-designed furniture, and thoughtfully curated art. The property features a full-service restaurant, bar, event & meeting spaces, and a private dining room. Fidelity Hotel is an homage to Cleveland’s long-standing ideals. What you'll do: - Thoroughly clean guest’s rooms according to Standard Operating Procedures; complete in-room checklists for each assigned room - Replenish guest room amenities as needed including towels, in-room water, bathroom supplies, etc. - Sanitize all high-touch items in guest’s rooms daily - Notify your supervisor of any guest rooms that need to be placed out of order for maintenance concerns - Report and correct any deficiencies noted in guest rooms to th...
