This is a part-time, temporary position ending on September 27, 2026. Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why You’ll Love This Position: During your work, you will welcome, admit, and direct guests while ensuring the start of a positive visitor experience. Sell admission tickets and handle cash and credit card transactions in an accurate and professional manner. Provide information to visitors either in person or on the phone regarding Garden sites, attractions, special events, classes, and other information that the visitor may require. Provide first-level resolution to customer issues. Promote the mission of the Missouri Botanical Garden. Paid training will be provided to ensure you are ready and prepared to enjoy the visitors of The Missouri Botanical Garden. What You’ll Do (Highlights): - Process ticket purchases using a Point of Sale (POS) ticketing system or web order entries - Issue, void, or transfer balance to MBG gift cards. - Provide Garden information to all visitors. - Respond to incoming guest inquiries via phone and email. - Responsible for driving and alternately narrating tram tours. - Authorize and perform ticket refunds and exchanges....
