Nichols College is seeking a Public Safety Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in fostering a welcoming, respectful, and service‑oriented campus environment. In this position, you’ll lead by example, support a small team of officers, and help ensure our students, faculty, staff, and visitors experience a campus where safety and professionalism go hand in hand. The shift for this position will be from 4pm-12am Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Director of Public Safety or their designee; the Public Safety Supervisor performs duties to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, faculty and visitors on the Nichols College Campus. Applies crime risk, safety hazard prevention and de escalation techniques, methods, practices, and enforces Nichols College’s policies and procedures.
