Job description

As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Fueling Operations. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner, according to Company/Carrier’s standards - Ensure the effective operation of fueling - Responsible for accurate accounting and fuel transactions - Recommending manpower requirements - Maintaining harmony among workers and resolving grievances - Perform as mentor to other employees - Performing or assisting subordinates in performing duties - Ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner - Uphold the company’s commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity - Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws - Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards - Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide...
