Responsibilities: - Verify transport and logistics invoices for accuracy and contract compliance. - Process, correct, and approve invoices in SAP. - Clarify invoice discrepancies with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams. - Track open items, reminders, and maintain invoice documentation. - Prepare reports on invoice status, errors, and processing performance. - Support process improvements and digitalization of invoice workflows. - Cooperate with purchasing, logistics, controlling, and external partners.
