Position Summary: The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. This role establishes and maintains procurement processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the consistent and compliant acquisition of goods and services. The Sourcing Manager leads the strategic procurement function, directly negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar contracts with key suppliers. Additionally, this position proactively identifies and engages suppliers, drives competitive cost savings initiatives, and ensures the business’s supply and service needs are met through strategic partnerships and sound sourcing practices.
