Job Summary: Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our customers. A Birthday Party Host’s attitude and customer service greatly affect the customer’s party experience at our facility. You have six main functions: servicing birthday parties and group events, verifying waivers, preparing all party areas, up-selling café items and party add-ons, keeping the party on a strict schedule and cleaning the party area to accommodate the next party.
