POSITION SUMMARY: As an Accountant, you will participate in the day-to-day running of our accounting function and ensure accurate and timely accounting reporting. You will be responsible for a portfolio of one or more of our Danish shopping centers and play a central role in preparing statutory reporting, monitoring service fees, and maintaining reliable accounting records across the organization. You will also act as superuser for one or more key processes and support the wider group reporting and compliance efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Your perimeter of responsibilities will include: - Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of shopping centers - Processing transactions, quarterly/yearly closings, and tax-related entries - Updating and maintaining the Fixed Assets Register - Management and budget oversight of Service Charges, including deviation analysis. - Responsibility for Balance Sheet reconciliations - Participation in internal controls and assurance activities - Participation in quarterly closings and financial reporting WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
