Job description

The Opportunity Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the site Maintenance and Process Engineering teams at our Somerton rPET facility. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of 3 direct reports and 5 indirect reports, including a Maintenance Lead, Process Engineer and shift-based trades across a 24/5 operation. You will be responsible for setting direction for the engineering function, ensuring strong alignment with site priorities, and building capability across the team to support long-term asset performance and operational stability.
