You will be responsible to lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that improve how work gets done across the company. You will combine continuous improvement expertise (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence) with broader transformation project leadership, driving changes in process, operating model, and ways of working. You will own end-to-end delivery of initiatives that optimize and standardize core business processes , clarify roles, decision rights, and handoffs (org and operating model design) and embed change management and adoption practices that stick.
