I. Job Summary The Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition owns all aspects of the candidate experience post the verbal offer acceptance of a new hire through 90 days post the new hires start date with WM. This role supports the Talent Advisors, the hiring team, and the candidates through the pre-employment process. The position performs administrative duties including receiving, processing and tracking pre-employment screens, updating and maintaining appropriate databases and communicating results. Serves as the candidate's point-of-contact for all new hire inquiries. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensures a positive customer experience by facilitating a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for candidates and new hires through their first 90 days of employment. - Manages the full life cycle of the new hire process: interview scheduling, pre-employment, onboarding, staffing phases, and other key stages. - Serve as a first point-of-contact for candidate questions on background check and drug screen policies and/or processes. - Acts as brand ambassadors by embodying the company’s People First Commitments and Values of Success and Integrity, Diversity and Inclusio...
