Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech: - Maintain equipment, building, utilities and grounds following community approved methods. - Assist in maintaining the emergency power generating equipment along with all fire and life safety equipment and help conduct fire drill and safety inspections. - Provide residents and staff with a timely and effective response to service requests. - Ensure all equipment and systems function properly and safely.
