Job Summary: Serves as a project manager for the design and construction of City of Dallas projects including all aspects of planning, design, bid preparation, cost estimation, and monitoring of construction compliance. May manage a function as a licensed engineer or supervise staff responsible for infrastructure design and construction, conducting studies, research, and other activities involving engineering problem-solving or serves as a senior technical expert responsible for conducting these activities.
