Entourage is seeking a VC Intern to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the venture capital industry and play a significant role in supporting our investment activities. As a VC Intern, your main responsibilities include: - Deal Sourcing: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, including startups, market trends, and industry dynamics. - Due Diligence: Assist with due diligence processes, including researching and analyzing company financials, market potential, competitive landscape, and key industry metrics. - Investment Evaluation: Help evaluate investment proposals, prepare investment memos, and contribute to investment decision-making discussions. - Portfolio Support: Work closely with portfolio companies, providing operational and strategic support as needed. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and sectors of interest. - Networking: Assist with building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
