JOB PURPOSE: The Associate Manager, Trade Marketing will play an integral role in connecting our Marketing strategy with key Distributors and their strategy to create a win/win opportunity for all. There will be strong cross-functional engagement connecting Marketing with Customer Development and other relevant parties. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Relationship building and collaboration with Distributor Marketing teams to build strategic Marketing plan - Cross functional collaboration, mainly between Marketing and Customer Development, to align our internal strategy with the strategy of our Distributor partners - Asset creation to support Marketing activations at relevant Distributor partners - Data management and ownership of internal Marketing systems {KWERY for written descriptions and TAB for images) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong relationship management with customers and external parties - Cross-functional management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
