The Manager – Enterprise Change Management supports enterprise strategic and operational initiatives by leading the people side of change to drive adoption, readiness, sustainment, and leader effectiveness. By enabling workforce readiness and behavioral adoption, this role enables successful strategy deployment and realization of initiative outcomes.
