Hours and Pay: Schedule: PRN , Nights 7p-7:30a Hourly Rate: $17.50: Job Description: - Assists residents with activities of daily living - Accurately and safely prepares and administers oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical medications prescribed by the physician. - Verifies the identity of the resident before administering medication or treatment; checks the medication three times before administering for correct resident, drug, and dosage, form, route, and accurate time and frequency (e.g. 1 hour after meals) - Ensures that all medications administered are properly labeled.
