Job description

Schedules: 3rd Shift: Times and Days vary depending on need. *Shift Hours 0100 - 0900 Job Description: Observes and reports activities and incidents at The Clark Art Institute, ensuring the security and safety of client property, personnel, and visitors. Conducts periodic tours and patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and enforces site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises. Qualifications: Controls access to the site through established admittance procedures, assisting visitors and employees with legitimate access needs while efficiently screening individuals. Monitors entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized or unlawful entry; controls the movement of people and vehicles, parking areas, gates, and remote access points using CCTV and access control systems. Preserves order and enforces site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and premises; calmly addresses and de-escalates disturbances when necessary.
