Maintenance Planner Department: Supply Chain: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Liberty, SC: Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager: Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year Description: As a Maintenance Planner for Knowles’ Cornell Dubilier, you will convert maintenance demand into safe, well‑sequenced plans and schedules that maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and enable quality‑critical production for MedTech, Aerospace/Defense, Industrial, and Electrification customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own the CMMS/EAM planning and weekly scheduling process for preventive, predictive, and corrective work in coordination with Production and EHS. - Develop clear job plans (scope, labor, duration, skills, permits, LOTO steps, QA checks) and ensure accurate close out documentation. - Create and maintain asset master data, PM task lists, BOMs, and equipment hierarchies; keep routes and frequencies optimized. - Kit and stage materials, parts, tools, and permits; coordinate with Stores to maintain MRO spares availability and min/max levels. - Prioritize the maintenance backlog using risk, asset criticality, and production impact; manage ready to schedule status. - Plan plant shut...
