Description Mendocino Community Health Clinic (MCHC) is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare to our communities. The CEO serves as the Executive Director of MCHC and, in partnership with the Board of Directors, is responsible for the overall success, sustainability, and strategic direction of the organization. Together, the CEO and Board ensure MCHC’s continued relevance, impact, and accountability to the communities we serve. The CEO also serves as the HRSA Project Director and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, organizational performance, and long-term strategic growth.
