Job Description HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE: 1) You’ll be joining the Finance and Planning team, a department committed to delivering exceptional financial stewardship and strategis support to enhance our division's impact. 2) You’ll be reporting to the Director of Finance, in a Regular twelve-month, 100% administrative professional appointment. 3) You’ll provide leadership in financial administration, foster teamwork and collaboration, and demonstrate a high commitment to customer service by applying extensive knowledge, skills and management experience in oversight of daily financial and administrative functions. 4) You'll supervise staff; maintain and update monthly financial and budget reports; provide management and oversight of reconciliations for state and Foundational funds, payroll, purchase card activity and vised assets; provide oversight for fiscal functions and business compliance and maintenance of internal controls; provide training on new business systems and proactively monitor actions for audit concerns. 5) You’ll have the chance to grow and take advantage of a developmental plan with opportunities to advance within the Department and the Division....
