Key responsibilities and duties: Lead the Supply Chain teams/departments, ensuring regular communication to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements Direct management responsibility for Supply Chain teams within Fleetlands Engines, Portsmouth programmes (GE, M250, APU), International Shipping, and Central Procurement. Provide full governance and support for UK Supply Chain, located across all five UK sites. Provide support as necessary for other Europe facilities. Management of staff resources in accordance with the business requirements, all within budget and service standards Provide advice and guidance on security, import/export regulations, logistics, space utilization, transport costs etc. Plan for and execute cycle counting on all stock holdings Manage inventory levels in line with business requirements and within set AOP budgets. Ensure all Supply Chain policies & procedures are maintained and legally compliant Work closely with business units to ensure that operational requirements are achieved to cost, quality and target dates.
