Job Overview We are thrilled to announce that we are hiring a Compliance Senior Accountant to our high performing team. This accounting position is responsible for monitoring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance within the HUS segment as well as integrating new acquisitions. This position will ensure HUS compliance with Hubbell policies, internal controls, and US GAAP. This position can be located in our office in either Farmington, CT, Centralia, MO, or Saint Louis, MO. #LI-AO1 A Day In The Life: · Perform SOX control testing and Segment pre-audits · Support SOX integration and policy implementation for newly acquired businesses · Assist newly integrated finance teams in performing controls as they transition into Hubbell requirements · Provide business process training to operations and finance professionals throughout the Segment · Identify and communicate with multiple departments to help remediate control deficiencies identified and create efficiencies within the business. · Support IT projects including ERP implementations and ITGC implementations for new businesses · Support physical inventory observations and fixed asset counts · Assist in supporting internal and external audit reques...
