Job Summary: The Pricing Lead role will help build the pricing strategy and execute across large assortments, balancing competitiveness, margin, and long-term value. This role will work to build a competition-based pricing strategy and assess other levers including shipping thresholds, shipping fees, currency conversion, margin targets, etc. Working closely with Merchandising, Regional Teams, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Tech to turn data into pricing decisions that actually move the business. Job Expectations: - Own and manage pricing strategy across assigned categories, countries and brands, ensuring alignment with company margin, revenue, and competitive goals - Influence cross-functional stakeholders (Merchandising, Regional Leads, Marketing, Finance) to align on pricing decisions that balance competing priorities, including revenue growth, customer experience, system constraints and margin protection. - Drive pricing governance and exception management with a strategic mindset, ensuring short-term decisions reinforce long-term pricing integrity and profitability. - Analyze large datasets to identify pricing opportunities, elasticity trends, competitive gaps, and margin risks...
