Compass is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Canberra Region Manager to lead the operational performance, customer experience, and commercial growth of the ACT region. This is a hybrid role combining operational leadership, logistics coordination, customer relationship management, and business development. The role has been designed to strengthen Compass’ local presence within the ACT market, improve service delivery standards, and support sustainable regional growth. The successful candidate will act as the local face of Compass across Canberra — ensuring strong relationships with repairers, insurers, customers, and internal teams while delivering operational excellence and driving performance outcomes.
