About the role We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team on 12-month fixed-term contract basis. The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning solutions that support system implementations and ongoing business improvement initiatives. The role ensures employees have the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working, and to continuously improve capability as business needs evolve. This role plays a key part in enabling sustainable change and driving performance through effective learning. Responsibilities: - Partner with enablement and operational teams to translate system and process changes into effective learning solutions - Collaborate with system owners, process leads, SMEs, and change teams to understand capability requirements - Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including facilitator and participant guides, E-learning modules and videos, System simulations and walkthroughs, Process documentation, job aids, and quick reference guides - Translate technical system and process information into e...
