Assurant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Contact Center Delivery Team. The Contact Center Delivery Team provides valuable customer experience and cost savings enhancements to Contact Center applications. A successful candidate will need to have extensive experience designing, developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and performant Applications and APIs, mentoring junior engineers, leading architecture, and ensuring adherence to best practices in an agile environment. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a high-performing team culture and knowledge sharing. Lead the technical design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and performant APIs. Drive the technical architecture of API platforms, ensuring solutions are flexible, scalable, and meet business needs. Implement software design patterns, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices for maintainable, secure, and efficient code.
