Job description

This position requires you to be working in office, 3 days per week, from our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. Position Summary: A key member of the HR Operations team, the Senior Analyst, HR Systems serves as a technical subject-matter expert supporting the development, configuration, security, and ongoing maintenance of Pep Boys’ HR systems. This role partners with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support system enhancements, reporting needs, and process improvements to ensure solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with company policies. The Senior Analyst supports the specification, testing, and implementation of new or redesigned process flows and assists with system integrations across internal and external applications. In addition, this role acts as a primary resource for HR reporting and analytics, delivering workforce data and insights across the organization. The incumbent leverages HRIS vendor tools as well as technical skills such as SQL and VBA to automate processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve data accuracy.
