Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We’re actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team. Reporting to Nift’s VP of People, this role is responsible for keeping the hiring process running efficiently for the entire TA team. This includes managing and tracking the entire candidate pipeline across all departments in our ATS (Greenhouse.io), as well as reviewing applications/profiles and sourcing candidates for a variety of roles. The role also involves scheduling / coordinating all candidate interviews, reference checks, and internal feedback and debrief sessions. Strong communication skills are essential, with a focus on clear, concise communication with both candidates and hiring managers. This person should know when to proactively surface issues before they escalate and continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes. The role requires a high level of project management, autonomy (work independently), focus on outcomes, strong ownership of tasks/projects, and execution with strong attention to detail.
