Job DetailsJob Location: Elkhorn, WI 53121Job Description: As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market team, the Deli Junior Associate is responsible for delivering “best in class” customer service to all guests at the Deli counter and on the sales floor. The responsibilities of the Deli Junior Associate are to weigh, package, and price items from the deli cold. The Deli Junior Associate may also prepare the daily salad bar, various deli salads, dip selections based on pre-established recipes. The Deli Junior Associate will also assist in miscellaneous duties, such as, but not limited to, filling the deli case and salad bar when it gets low, maintaining the back coolers and cleaning. Essential Job Functions: Model the Hansen’s IGA Market culture and providing “best in class” customer service, which includes, greeting, engaging, delighting and thanking every guest for their business Weigh, package, price and label Deli items Assist customers with answering questions and making recommendations Prepare salad bar items, various deli salads, pizzas, sandwiches/wraps, and dips according to the daily production schedule Assist with maintaining the back cooler including rotating stock, dating and...
