POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating and sampling inbound hazardous and non-hazardous materials, ensuring that all inbound materials are in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations and are properly routed for disposal. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Arranges and tracks shipments for waste received at facility to be transported to another disposal location. - Maintains accurate and updated inventory of all waste and reagents stored on site. - Creates load composition for outbound shipments to a Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF). - Generates shipping paperwork. - Coordinates shipping schedules with outbound transporters and TSDF's. - Identifies and takes a role in resolving waste discrepancies and inventory-related paperwork problems. - Ensures waste is properly segregated and stored. - Coordinates with personnel to resolve discrepancies and communicate resolution with receiving TSDF. - Enters inbound shipments into the tracking database. - Ensures that all discrepancies are identified and reported for proper resolution. - Interacts with drivers delivering and picking up waste materials. - Ensure drivers adhere to safety procedures while on compa...
