ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions are duties, which are essential or primary to the position or the reason the position exists. Responsible for timely, safe, and proper execution of work orders as assigned by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor/Program Director. 2. Strong and demonstrable knowledge of facility maintenance best practices with up-to-date, applicable education in multiple facets of the position to ensure a safe environment for all staff and clients of the agency. 3. Monitors safety and operating conditions with a deeper understanding of best practices at all agency sites by performing in-depth site inspections and reporting findings back to department leadership. 4.
