SERVPRO of Springfield / Mt. Vernon is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Manager to lead our estimating team and support high-volume mitigation and reconstruction operations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the restoration industry, can write accurate and defensible estimates, and drive team performance. Position Overview: The Senior Estimator / Manager will be responsible for creating and reviewing estimates, managing estimating workflows, supporting project teams, and ensuring all files meet insurance and TPA guidelines. This role will also oversee and mentor estimators while maintaining strong communication with customers, adjusters, and internal teams. Qualifications: IICRC WRT & ASD certifications required - Write, review, and approve estimates using Xactimate and Symbility - Manage estimating team workload, timelines, and performance - Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and meet carrier/TPA requirements - Oversee supplements and revisions to maximize job profitability - Coordinate with Project Managers, Production, and Office staff - Communicate directly with adjusters, carriers, and customers - Monitor job file progress from initial inspec...
