AVP, Technology Training and Communications (AI)

Job description

This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to Technology leadership and AI product teams, driving firmwide AI enablement through training delivery, adoption communications, and coordinated rollout support. The role operates at the intersection of learning program execution, stakeholder communications, and product enablement—requiring strong judgment, executive-ready communication, and the ability to translate evolving capabilities into scalable training and materials for global audiences. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise AI Training & Enablement: - Lead and deliver firmwide AI training initiatives and recurring learning sessions for technical and non-technical audiences - Develop repeatable training programs, session cadence, and facilitation approach to support sustained adoption - Create structured training documentation and step-by-step guides used in live sessions and ongoing reference materials Communications & Adoption: - Create and distribute adoption communications and enablement materials to drive awareness and engagement for AI and technology initiatives - Partner with Communications and Technology stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and ti...
