About the role The Estates & Grounds Maintenance team at The Guinness Partnership is hiring an Arborist to provide a high quality, customer focused tree surgery and maintenance service in compliance with relevant procedures and legislation. This is a full time, 35 hours per week, permanent, field-based role covering Havant, Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas. What we are looking for: We are seeking a qualified and certificated Arborist who can demonstrate a high level of technical competence when working at height using harness systems, chainsaws and associated machinery. The successful candidate will have experience operating within a customer ‑ focused environment and meeting defined performance targets, alongside the ability to complete all required certifications, reports and documentation to a high standard. A methodical approach, strong adherence to established procedures and precise data recording are essential. The role requires effective problem ‑ solving skills and the ability to work safely in varying environmental conditions.
