What You Will Do Project Planning, Design & Implementation: - Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and sewer infrastructure projects. - Conduct engineering analyses, studies, and system modeling to support project design. - Review plans and specifications and resolve design or construction issues. Team Leadership & Coordination: - Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and project stakeholders. Stakeholder, Regulatory & Community Engagement: - Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and the public to ensure compliant project delivery. - Maintain accurate utility documentation, including GIS data and as‑built records. Operational Reliability & Safety: - Support reliability efforts through occasional on‑call or extended‑hour response needs. - Promote safe, sustainable, and cost‑effective engineering practices across all work activities.
