Job Details Clinical Improvement Designer Job Description: The Clinical Improvement Designer/Engineer advances the execution of organizational clinical strategic improvement through the analysis of data to identify opportunities, evaluation of technology that supports the workflow, recommends solutions based on best practice, and implements changes to improve clinical outcomes. - Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. - Leverage deep knowledge of health care operations, patient care, quality and safety to evaluate the current state, in relation to the organizations goal, quality outcomes and patient safety, apply systems science, usability, HFE concepts, informatics best practice, synthesize findings and recommendations, communicate to stakeholders, gain alignment, and implement improvement and monitor outcomes - Understand complexity of patient journey through acute care and ambulatory setting. - Develop, lead, and execute innovative strategies to advance value-based decision-making and improve system efficiency and quality.
