Documentation will include user manuals, guides, white papers, design specifications, manuals, on-line help, contract deliverables, procedures, and plans, which will be critical to customer’s business. The successful teammate gathers information, interviews subject matter experts, identifies areas to supplement with additional research, and conducts thorough research in order to convey complex technical material in the most concise and effective manner.
