The chaplain develops and leads a comprehensive, traditional spiritual life program of weekly worship services and study. The chaplain also provides hands-on emotional support during times of transition to include supporting end of life decision-making and final arrangements. This position entails significant energy, sound judgment, administrative ability, and a compassionate presence, serving as a calm, loving, supportive, and confidential resource for the residents. The Chaplain provides care and programming for residents across all levels of living, including Independent Living ( houses and apartments), Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
