This role offers the opportunity to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional service within one of Northeast Florida’s premier luxury destinations. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred in a fitness-related field. Must be able to effectively communicate in English with members, guests, and colleagues. Training & Experience: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional fitness center environment - Experience across multiple areas including aerobics, aquatics, fitness center operations, front desk, and nursery - CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications required - Nationally recognized fitness instructor certification required Job Knowledge: - Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and physiology - Comprehensive understanding of fitness center operations, including aquatics, group fitness, p...
