The Test Engineering Manager for Coherent Optical Transceivers leads the strategy, architecture, and execution of advanced electrical, optical, system, and environmental test solutions that ensure performance, quality, and manufacturability at scale. The position partners closely with Research and Development (R&D), product management, and manufacturing to enable robust, efficient, and future‑ready test and calibration capabilities across Ciena’s coherent portfolio.
