Overview Under the direction of the Communications Director, the Marketing & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for implementing community outreach initiatives to increase Age Strong’s visibility, seeking and managing partnership cultivation, sponsorships, and grant writing for the Commission. The Partnership & Sponsorship Manager will work closely with Senior Staff to identify and develop strategic opportunities to further the Commission’s mission. This position will also be responsible for managing Age Strong’s Community Ambassador Program, the Civic Academy, and other civic engagement/community outreach programs. Responsibilities: - With the Director, develop a marketing strategy by researching trends, understanding the target audience, implementing marketing campaigns, developing content, and increasing social media presence. - Assumes primary responsibility in generating innovative strategies and tactics, cultivating new partnerships. - Oversee and maintain marketing and outreach materials; understand and coordinate all outreach activities in the Commission and build shared cross-unit goals. - Manage the Commission’s Community Ambassador, Civic Academy, and other civic engagem...
