Description 1st shift (6 am - 2:30 pm) 2nd shift (2 pm - 10:30 pm) 3rd shift (10 pm - 6:30 am) General Description: The Production Associate is responsible for various tasks on the production floor as assigned by the Shift Supervisor. Primary Responsibilities: · Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors · Demonstrate daily evidence of continuous improvement efforts of 5S and autonomous maintenance · Treat quality as a key pillar of our success by always doing the right thing for our customers · Solve problems daily by working together as an engaged team member · Unpackage and prepare raw material for use in production · Retrieve and prepare work in process parts for the next production process · Prepare finished products for inventory by assembling packaging material, labeling, taping, stacking, inspecting, and recording information · Help in the relief of breaks as needed · Maintain records and documentation · Other projects and tasks as assigned Requirements: · Experience: · Ability to work independently · Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards · Sound communication skills and excellent...
