Join us as a Client Engagement Manager at NatWest Boxed - In this role you will support bridging the transition from sales to implementation stages working between the sales team and delivery team, ensuring a smooth transition for the Client - Support in managing the Client through the implementation stage, acting as an escalation contact point. Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring their feedback, requirements and concerns are communicated to the product, implementation, engineering, and support teams - Ensure client governance is in place and working effectively, and clients needs and expectations are being met What you'll do: As a Client Engagement Manager you will support in driving the Commercial aspects of Client Delivery, working closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will support in commercial negotiations and agreeing client contracts , and troubleshooting throughout implementation to solve clients needs.
