Position: Revenue Efficiency Team Lead Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday - Friday Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring. Purpose of Position: As a Revenue Efficiency Team Lead at West Shore Home, you will be responsible for the Efficiency calendar and revenue for assigned regions, as well as supporting the Revenue Efficiency Coordinators’ KPI achievements. The role will conduct daily analysis to align the schedule and is responsible for ensuring jobs are progressing to install, minimizing calendar errors through a detailed auditing process, maximize calendar efficiency, and train and develop Revenue Efficiency Coordinators through live coaching.
